Hello, The pain and ear pressure is due to the decayed wisdom tooth. The swelling will subside only if the the tooth has restored or extracted. Take complete course of antibiotics-analgesics prescribed. Maintain oral hygiene well. Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle. Take rest for another 5-6 days. Avoid anxiety and stress. Please do visit a dentist for further reference. Hope this helps.
