Swollen uvula, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, itchy soft palate. Treatment?

I believe that I have a swollen uvula, I can hear it lifting off my tongue when I swallow, and to soothe it I have been scratching my soft palate with my tongue with like a suction method causing the palate to lower. I also have a runny nose. a lot of sneezing, a sore throat and some body aches.i would like to know what can be done about my itchy soft palate and my uvula.

Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you got viral infection or allergic infection in your throat giving rise to this problem.
Take some decongestant, anti-allergic medicine like Diominic DCA tablet, 2 time a day.
Do warm salt water or Listerine gargles.
Avoid fried, junk food and cold drinks.
Avoid dusty atmosphere.
ok and bye.
