Swollen, Sore Ankles And Shin Bone, Painful Tug In Calf While Walking. History Of Fall On Knees. X-ray Report Normal. Advice

I fell on a hard floor on my knees four days ago. Had x-rays and no fractures or break. Yesterday, my ankles started swelling and shin bone is very sore and slightly swollen. Feels like a painful tug inside calf and hurts to walk. Have been propping leg up and putting ice. What should I do? Is this normal? Is warm to touch.
