Swollen Lymph Node In Front Of Left Ear On Jaw With White Spots On Tonsils

My lymph node in front of my left ear on my jaw became swollen last week- it's a hard, shifty lump. I checked out my throat which does NOT hurt, but it has white spots on the tonsils. I didn't worry about it bc I felt totally fine. This week the left side is still swollen and I'm starting to feel pressure in my left ear, my left cheek bone is painful to touch, my left brow bone is also painful to touch as is the left side of my forehead AND it all feels itchy. Lastly, my left eye is slightly puffy and just feels a little sore. I don't have insurance but I'm getting worried. Any ideas?
