Swollen jaw muscles after eating a lot of hard food in a short while. How to reduce swelling?

My masseter muscles seem to have swollen up on both sides. It s been a few days now, I feel no pain or anything it just looks swollen, I thought it was tmd but i have no other symptoms. I think the cause was eating a lot of hard foods in a short time which caused strain and stress on my jaw. How do I go about reducing the swelling so my face looks normal again?
