Swollen Glands Without Pain. Have Addiction To Tobacco. Cancer?

I have chewed tobacco for 12 years. I am 30 soon to be 31. I drank heavily through college (7 years) and drink much more moderately now. I have have swollen glands for about a month no real pain but I can feel them when I tuck my chin down. More unconfortable feeling. Worse now that I have not had a chew in 30 + hours. Should I be worried about cnacer? or is this a normal reaction to stopping the chew?

you have to stop all irritants predisposing to cancer. about the swelling in the neck, you have to have a course of antibiotics and if not subsiding it needs FNAC. AS YOUR YOUNG other causes of lymphadenopathy to be ruled out then only at last in the list malignancy. wish you to recover soon
