Dentist Dr. Benley George's  Response
The problem is an ulcer beneath the tongue. It could be an aphthous ulcer which occurs due to stress or vitamin B deficiency. Any sharp tooth or trauma also can result in the ulcer. Apply Dologel ointment 10 mins before food 3 times daily and take vitamin supplements for 2 weeks.
