Swelling On Shaft Of Penis, Slightly Moving, Doing Masturbation. Is This Due To Masturbation?

I have a small swelling on the shaft of my penis where the shaft meets my pelvis. it's on the spot that i noticed what looked like a zit a few daysago. If i remember right i popped the zit. But today I noticed that i have a swelling. There is no discoloration and it doesn't hurt at all. But is i can move it around a little bit. I assume this is because of masturbation. If it is, can i still masturbate?

Swelling is not related to masturbation at all. Masturbation never causes any type of swelling.
In your case swelling may be due to increased size of lymph node. Lymph gland increases in response to infections.
you need not to worry, since you don't have pain,fever,discharhge,testicular pain etc.
