ENT Specialist Dr. Abhishek Sharma's  Response
Hello
this swelling is of salivary gland.
When we eat The salivary gland gets stimulated and secretes saliva which goes inside The mouth through the salivary duct. If there is blockage in The duct The saliva could not pass and The gland increases in size .there can be stone obstructing The path .You should Consult your ENT specialist for diagnosis.
