Swelling In The Neck, Difficulty In Hearing. Worried

HI I AM 21 YEARS OLD, FEMALE. I HAVE THIS SWELLING THAT RUNS DOWN FROM M LEFT EAR TO THE END OF THE NECK ALSO SINCE COUPLE OF YEARS I HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHERE I FIND IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHAT PEOPLE ARE SPEAKING i.e. THE FREQUENCY THEY TALK AT. PEOPLE SPEAK IN FRONT OF ME BUT MY MIND ISNT ABLE TO GRASP ON EASILY N IT TAKES TIME TO UNDERSTAND AND FRAME WHAT THEY SAY. ALSO IF SOMEONE CALLS ME FROM ANOTHER ROOM I CANT HEAR THEM AND SO IS THE CASE WITH THE PHONE BELL EVEN THOUGH ALL OTHERS ARE ABLE TO HEAR IT. I AM WORRIED. PLEASE HELP ME.

the histry is not complete are you taking mediines for any other disease
there can be parotid gland swelling sometimes these gands secrete saliva and they can sweel causing problems you wrote
these sweelngs are benign mostly and they donot cause any problem and donot increase
if you have been taking brufen and paracetamol off and on for pain the nervs of ear affected causing decreased hearing
get pure tone audiometery test and we can plan treatment on its basis
