Well I twisted my foot and a few weeks later after the swelling stopped and it didnt hurt any more all that was left was a rock hard lump where I twisted it then a few months later I twisted my ankle in basketball and the same thing happened. It s been about a month or so and I don t know exactly what I should do...the lumps are not painful and they re not like a ball it s a lump...what is it?

Welcome to HCM.
Because these "lumps" are no longer painful, it sounds as though they are due to scar tissue from the ligament or connective tissue damage. These are not dangerous. The best way to confirm there diagnosis is by having an ultrasound done.
I trust you find this helpfull.
