Swelling In Right Leg Till Knee. History Of Elephantiasis Fileria. Four Surgeries Done. Permanent Cure?

My mother suffering from elephantasys fileria since 20 yrs in right side leg till knee swelling . And so far had 4 surgeries and now this be curable???
