Now its getting better but still their is swelling and injured leg is getting weaker and little dryness at foot. i can move my leg 40 to 50 degree at knee and using tablets (proxen) 1 doss per day... kindly tell me what should i do.
It looks that you had injury to your leg & now feeling weakness at your leg & there is also decrease movements at your knee.
There is shortening or contraction of soft tissue structure when they are kept in a position for long time.Your present weakness is due to shortening & decrease work capability of your thigh muscle.
You should not bother about this all these will improve with passage of time & with exercises.
You should do physiotherapy under the guidance of physiotherapist.
Hope this will improve your condition.
With best wishes.
