Swallowed Bone, Feeling Of It Being Stuck In Chest, Pain. Should I Go To The ER?

Okay, I don t want to go to the ER and tell this story unless I have to. I swallowed a peice od bone while eating pork ribs. I almost choked and swallowed instead. I felt it going down and it feels stuck in my chest. Now I am uncomfortable with chest pain that isn t going away. What signs should send me to an ER? What will happen. :0

The swallowed bone might be attached to esophagus, some where and hence upper GI endoscopy should be done to find out the foreign body which can be removed through the same procedure.
