Sustained compression fractures with cervical. What can we expect after a fall?

I am an OT in a SNF and have an 80 year old woman who of T2-T5 as well. She is immobilized with a cervical collar and thoracic brace. Her current precautions are bed rest for 6 wks and she has to remain at 30 degree angle in bed. She can sleep on R side. She can roll with help and sit up to transfer to commode. Her standing is fair. She has a large hematoma on lower LE which causes pain and she is experiencing pain in her L sh due to fall. She fell down a flight of stairs at her home. What are the implications as far as movement limitations of the UE s.
