Her current precautions are bed rest for 6 wks and she has to remain at 30 degree angle in bed. She can sleep on R side. She can roll with help and sit up to transfer to commode. Her standing is fair. She has a large hematoma on lower LE which causes pain and she is experiencing pain in her L sh due to fall. She fell down a flight of stairs at her home.
