Your sunburn is known as PHOTOALLERGY/ PHOTOTOXICITY.

This condition is not permanent. All of these lesion will be healed. Do not be afraid.

I like to suggest you the following..

1. Take Normal diet and fluid.

2. Take care of skin -i) apply an emolient like White/ liquid paraffin and or Petrolium jelly ii) Apply topical antibiotic cream e.g. Fucidic acid, muporicin (Bactroban ointment) twice daily or a systemic antibiotic iii) You might need a topical /systemic steroid for a short time.

3. Take a pain killer like Indomethacin/Ibuprophen/ naproxen twice daily.

4. Take bed rest.

Before taking any step consult a dermatologist for perfect use of above drugs.

with regards.
