Hi, I am a overweight guy and I am planing on starting to actually work on losing weight next week on Monday. But I have no clue what to do right. I eat a lot after I play basketball or football, drink juice and sometimes water but most of the time I can t control myself. I want to ask for a weight loss plan but I have no money for nutrition food and stuff... I need help?? Please thank you!

You should consume vegetables and fruits so you can get all the vitamins and minerals that you need for the overall function of your body. Try to consume more proteins such as fish, chicken, milk, yogurt, eggs and less carbohydrates and fats as they contain a lot of calories. I will suggest you weight training too.
