Hello my name is David Ramirez and I have been dealing with bumps on my scrotum for years way before I was sexually active I had a bad experience with Crystal Meth and think that how I ended up with them. I tried popping them and that doesn t seem to work so hopefully you can give me some advise on what to do and where to go to get them removed hopefully feel better about myself

Cannot say in your particular case. They can be merely prominent sweat glands and nothing wrong with them and no treatment is going to change things or it could be infected hair or sweat glands (folliculitis). Mostly, infection is pretty obvious and would have prompted someone to get the areas popped by a professional and to get antibiotics. cannot say in your particular case, however.
