Do not take this medicine at home as self medication because it cause uncontrollable complication.
By procedure, 600 mg mifepristone orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally one by one by gynecologist.
Abortion process will start with in 30-50 minutes of using pill and complete in 5-7 days.
It cause minor side effects like cramp, diarrhea, lethargy, back pain, infection, headache.
Usg should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion for safe practice. To faster recovery healthy diet with iron supplements, analgesic, rest for 48 hour are required.
Use condoms and i Pill to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
