Hi I am Aishwarya. I am 25 years old. I am planning to reduce my weight.. since in am going for night shift I am not able to go for jogging in ye morning... so I planned to do skipping from home to reduce my Weight. . Before I was into night shift my weight was normal but now I gained weight...my friends saying that skipping will affect uterus. . I need brief answer about that. .. so please help me out
Skipping or for that matter any aerobic exercise like cycling, running, swimming are beneficial for weight loss. Skipping in particular would not harm the uterus. You also need to ensure that you are eating a healthy wholesome diet which includes plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits. Make sure you well hydrated throughout the day. Since your work hours are erratic it is also very important to get at least 7 hours of sleep everyday. All the best..
