Freckles are flat, brown to tan macules which are common in those who are fair skinned and appear most prominent in sun exposed areas For active acne would suggest you to use a topical antibacterial e,g clindamycin phosphate gel for active acne. A course of an oral antibacterial e.g doxycycline 100 mg, twice daily would help in bringing about faster control of acne activity. For post acne marks and pigmentation and freckles you could use kojivit gel during day time and Azaleic acid gel (Aziderm) for night time use. Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen gel, 1/2 hour before stepping out in the sun. An Oral Vit C supplement would also help with pigmentation. For dandruff you could use an antifungal shampoo e.g 2% ketoconazole shampoo, every alternate days. Regards
