Suggest Treatment To Relive Lower Back Pain

Hi, I am 24, 171cm, 52kg, and I am allergic to asprin. I recently had severe lower back pain, around the Sacro-illac joint area. I had went to an orthopaedic doctor and was told to go for Physical Therapy. I am worried that what I may be having now is Ankylosing Spondilitis or Sacro-illitis. I experience sharp shooting pains down my leg on both sides, especially in the morning, and close to the evening before bed time. Getting out of bed hurts really bad. I have been on Voltaren for around a week, and I take it once a day after lunch time. The medicine is able to last me until the next day. I am wondering if I should continue to take Voltaren, would it have any bad effects on me if I take one a day? Here is a picture of my x-Ray taken of my lower back. The radiologist mentioned something about my left side sacro illac joint being narrow, and the right side being out of shape, probably due to degeneration. I would like to know if there is anything else I can to do relieve the pain, and what I could possibly be experiencing from this. Thank you! WWW.WWWW.WW

Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.

SI joint shows degeneration, so there can be possibility of ankylosing spondylitis.
Ankylosing spondylitis typically involve spine and hips with other large joint also. There is reduced chest function in this disease. Stiffness in spine is increased you have such stiffness in spine?
Clinical examination is also required to diagnose it.
You can do blood test for HLA-B27 to confirm it.

I have not seen your x ray.You can post your x ray directly on my profile.
