Suggest Treatment To Reduce The SGOT And SGPT Levels

Good Afternoon Doctor, today I have gone for Liver Funcationality testing [LFT] [after having breakfast], and I have found my SGOT and SGPT levels are high like shown bellow.

ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE(SGOT) H 48 15 - 37 U/L
ALANINE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGPT) H 127 30 - 65 U/L

But I do not have any Alcohol habits, in my career so far never had a single drop of alcohol, but I do have Non-Veg regulerly almost 3 to 4 times a week.

Please tell me what do I need to do to reduce my SGOT and SGPT levels.

Hi, Good evening. Is your BMI (Body Mass index) is normal? And your age pls?
With only this lab parameters, AST/ALT, showing that you have a fatty liver. But i need other lab parameters too, for general diagnose, too see if you have other problems which elevate your Transaminases.
I find this answer helpful
