General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

When both Misoprostol & Mifepristin have not caused bleeding in my view, pregnancy test should be confirmed by blood hCG testing if positive good surgical MTP. In case blood pregnancy test is negative, you need investigations to get specific cause (ovarian, thyroid cause) & get specific medication. Please consult a gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
