your reports are suggestive of Hypothyroidism. That means your thyroid gland is not synthesising adequate hormone.so you need replacement.you should start Tab.Thyroxine 50 mcg once a day before break fast, you may increase dose over perioid of 4 weeks.usual dose requirement is 15microgram/Kg weight.your high cholesterol is secondary to hypothyroidism.you dont need any treatment for it at present.you may repeat Thyroid functions after 3 months .mostly your lipids will return to normal once thyroid deficiency is corrected.and you need to continue thyroxine life long with regular monitoring.

Hi, your thyroid profile is in normal range. In your. Lipid profile the cholesterol, ldl, are borderline high. If you are a young person with no risk factors I will recommend exercise 45mins a day, cutting upon your oils, or shifting to healthy oils like olive in minimum quantity, 3-4 fish serving a week ,supplements like omega 3 fatty acid 1-2 gm a day. Repeat a profile after 3 months and you will notice a difference. That was the hard way but better, the easier one is to start tab rosuvastatin 10mg or atorvastatin 20 mg and rpt lipid professional after 3 months and like wise titrate your dose. Regards
