For GERD, thinking of feed and positioning very important. Give_/position after every feed. And lansoprazole may be more helpful instead of omeprazole. Add ghee or sugar according to taste of child in feeds so it help to increase nutritive value of feed. And give frequent small diet. If anemia is there correct it.
