General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Pistachio and milk do not have any relationship with acne. As a first-line management you can try Clindamycin gel (ClinSin is a popular brand) for symptomatic relief.

If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
