Dr i have some serious issues with my sleep pattern basically my sleepin schedule is all screwed up, i cant sleep until 3am n then i cant get up on time to. my mom has to force me up at 12 noon for office after all the sleep i had i dont feel refreshed.
hii u have late phase sleep insomnia ur sleep cycle is getting late phase thats y it is occuring there are two methods to come out from it 1) drug- tab zolpidame 5 mg at bed time 2) sleep hyigene therapy like following
-set sleep time and fix on it -do regular exercise and meditation -avoid alcohol avoid heavymeal in dinner - avoid tea cofee soft drink just before sleep - use bed only 4 sleep -cool enviornmnt in bed room -light music can help -avoid day time napping
