Suggest Remedy For Sleep Disorder

Hi My name is dayanand.I am taking psychatrist treatment to stop taking alcohol. My drinking is stopped totally now. Only problem is sleeping disorder and related problems in evening. current tablets are mirnite 15 mg,qutipin 25 mg,escigress 0.5,lopez 1mg.
Please advice any other treatment to avoid taking tablets in evening.

Welcome here.
mirnite and escigress are antidepressants and qutipin is an antipsychotic. these drugs are not indicated for treatment of alcohol dependence.
Lopez is only required in the treatment of alcohol depndence.
I would suggest you to increase the dose of lopez to 2mg and stop other drugs. discuss this with your psychiatrist.

Also, avoid daytime naps, coffee and tea and fatty food in night. take a warm water bath and warm milk at bedtime.
