Suggest Treatment To Control The Bleeding After Abortion

I had an abortion 0n the 2nd of june I was 19 weeks pregnant.I m bleeding almost everyday.sometimes its dark red and sometimes pinkish other times its bright red its gone from spotting to heavy bleeding.I ve consulted with a doctor and I was given birth control pills bt it hasn t helpd as I m still bleeding.what could be causing this ?

Understand your concern
Continuous bleeding after abortion may be due to incomplete abortion/retain product of conception, vaginal/pelvic infections. You should consult the gynecologist and need investigated,
USG scan confirm the incomplete abortion. It is treated by D & C.
Per vaginal examination and swab test help to diagnose vaginal infections that require antibiotics. Proper rest, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements are advisable
