Hi. I have these small bumps under my eyes and I was wondering what it is and how to treat it. They are tiny skin colored spots that look like chicken skin, but I'm positive it's not Milia. I also have a problem with dark circles and puffiness around the area. I do not use concealer under the eye (but have in the past about 3 years ago) because I heard it can make the skin worse. I do use revitalume eye cream and it has really helped with the discoloration and puffiness but nothing I do can get rid of the bumps. I recently stopped using revitalume on the bumps, but continue to use it in the puffy under eye area where the bumps are not. Please help me!
