My 8 months old son has zit like spots on his scalp, face and body. they start out small, much like baby acne but they often swell, causing large lumps. They look like they have fluid in them, and I use "Yin Care" herbal wash which seems to dry them out. One nurse suggested they were bugs but I don't agree. Our chiropractor thought it might be related to teething. Any suggestions?
