Hi,

White vaginal discharge is commonly due to yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, PID, Chlamydia, birth control pills. Get STD tests done to rule out any developing pathology. Avoid sex, take care of your hygiene. Get all investigations done along with your sexual partner. You can take antifungal medications, Metronidazole or Tinidazole. Vaginal tabs to be inserted locally (Clotrimaxole) are also prescribed and are effective.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
