Since last few days, I feel a kind of stress in my eyes. Ofter water comes out of my eyes. And even a times I am unable to view the objects or unable to read the contents on the page even from very close. Kindly advice on this.

It seems from the history that you are having problem of difficulty to read and watering from the eyes.
Kindly go for vision and refraction testing for correction of refractive error if any as even uncorrected refractive error can cause this condition.
