Suggest Treatment For Water In Lungs And Swollen Feet

hi i actually have regular chest pain and have been attending hospital for a while they have told me i have water in my lungs and swelling on my feet. i alos feel as if there is something wrong with my kidenys. when i have chest pain i actually cant breath proparly and my skin goes paler. please could u give me some advice

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, we should definitely rule out heart and kidney diseases for your symptoms.
Heart (congestive heart failure CHF) and kidney (renal failure) diseases cause pedal edema, pulmonary edema (chest pain and breathing difficulty).
So better to consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test) for the diagnosis of CHF.
Get done ultrasound of kidneys and renal function test (RFT) for the diagnosis of renal failure.
Treatment of these diseases are different from each other.
So better to consult doctor and first diagnose and then start appropriate treatment.
