Suggest Treatment For Vulvodynia With Yellowish Vaginal Discharge
hi doctor I m virgin female 21 years old. I have vulvodynia with yelowish discharge after i finished my period, it increases after bath and urinating I haven t use any vaginal showers . what should i do to reduce pain? it could be self-limited? in my area there is no near doctors what can i do as a primary treatment?

I think you may be having bacterial vaginosis but this needs to be confirmed by a vaginal smear.
The treatment is with Metronidazole.
