General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Vulvodynia can be due to allergy, sensitivity , infection (yeast, bacterial, HPV) or autoimmune disorders. As your symptom suggests it presents with Burning sensation. For treatment, underlying cause need to found out. But for relief from burning sensation you can apply cream or ointment containing Lidocaine. Lifestyle modification include use of cotton underwear, if not using.

Hope i have answered you.
