Suggest Treatment For Very Bad Upper Stomach Pain
i have a very bad upper stomach pain and took some pepto yesterday to see if it would help but nothing. I woke up this morning with black gunk on my teeth and my lips are dark red and swollen and so are m gums. Im getting really scared. Should i go to the hospital? Whats wrong with me?

First of all the changes in your lips and gums are suggestive of a severe reaction - to what is difficult to say. Pepto is not known to give such reactions.
Visit ER urgently to get a proper diagnosis and institute an early treatment.
The stomach pain could have been due to similar problems in the Upper GI tract.
And can be known by endoscopy at an appropriate time.
