General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Varicose Veins causing Leg Edema.
Dear, all these drugs are veno active and venus tonning drugs and are empirically prescribed and would not give assured results though may cause mild improvements due to its multiple level actions.
Varicofix gel with aloe vera spray and cream application is also known to claim regression in varicose veins.
All these are supportive treatments to the
Surgical Care by EVLT- a Gold standard in Varicose Vein treatment currently.
Surgeons help is needed to guide this treatment and would suggest your Surgeon's second Opinion.
Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your family and specialist doctors there.
Take care and get healthy and avoid bad food to live long.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!

Hi
Sorry to say that varicose vein problem cant be treated medically.it is irreversable largening due ti so many causes.most of the times at this age connecting veins called perforator imcompetence.the connecting veins ,connect deep with superficial vein become non functional causing pooling up of blood in superficial veins causing their enlargement .now a day newer modalities are there like laser or endovenous ablation.dont worry.meet a vascular surgeon or interventional radiologist for treatment.
Thank you
Regards
Vasundhara
