Hello and welcome to HCM,
The treatment for varicose veins depends on the stage of varicose veins.
In the initial stages, varicose veins are managed by applying external pressure by wearing stocking.
Other treatment options are sclerotherapy or injecting certain chemical agents.
In the latter stages, surgery is the treatment of choice.
Surgery is done to remove the affected dilated veins.
Removal of veins relieves the symptoms.

Thus, consult your surgeon for further management.

Thanks and take care
