Since when do you have Varicose veins. The stretch feeling you are having is unlikely because of veins it appears more a nerve related problem. Is there pain starting from your back going to your leg? If yes, then you should get an evaluation of your Lumbo-sacral spine done with an XRay and if required an MRI. For the varicose veins, if you are troubled by them then you can get minor surgery done in the form of Laser therapy or Radio-frequency ablation. Take care and feel free to ask again if you need.
