Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching

I have vaginal itching that has been happening about 3 weeks. I was given an antibiotic and a pill that caues urine to be brown for a bladder infection. I got the rash after taking the pill for the pain (brown urine). There is not any discharge at all, or odor, but I am itching in the hair line and the outside. I am using wipes after urination and bowel movement. I am 63 years of age and on quite a bit of heart medication, i.e., Coreg, Lisinopril, Ranexa, Folic, Lasix, Magnesium, and a low dose aspirin. Is there a cream that can stop the itching? I can usually take a anithistamine at night (Benadryl?) only as it makes me sleepy at work. Thanks for your help. I quit taking bubble baths also and wear only cotton panties. It seems that the itching is not bad all the time, just late evening and when I am asleep. I appreciate your advice.
