Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Dryness And Lack Of Orgasm During Sexual Intercourse

I am 22 years old. Ive been having sex for about 7 years. Just recently whenever I have sex I am unable to stay wet for long. I get wet but after a couple minutes or so I tend to dry up making sex painful and difficult to continue. Along with this, I have never had an orgasm. Atleast I dont think. I get to the point but I dont get wet or cum so i dont think I actually have had an orgasm. Another thing im worried about is after sex my bf tends to have white crusty stuff on his penis he has to wash off after. I have an appointment with my gyno but not until the end of the month and Im just worried becuse its affecting my relationship.

Hi,
This could be due to lack of estrogen. Use lots of lubrication like Ky Jelly during sex. Alternately, if estrogen levels are found to be low , estriol cream is available for local application. Use the lubricating jelly, until your doctor has a chance to examine you.
