Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion bleeding during pregnancy can be due to various reasons like abnormal pregnancy, low lying placenta, bleeding from cervix due to varicosities ,hormonal abnormalities like thyroid abnormalities or progesterone insufficiency etc.As the ultrasound is normal nothing to worry.Thyroid profile helps in ruling out thyroid abnormalities.Take rest.Avoid physical strain and intercourse.Dont worry. There are many cases with bleeding with normal ultrasound which progress till term and have good outcome.Take adequate iron supplements and iron rich diet to prevent anaemia due to blood loss.
