Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Certain lifestyle modifications will only help you in long-term basis.
• Refrain from changing bathing soaps, rather than always bath with a standard antiseptic soap
• Bath tub with Epsom salt in lukewarm water (in winter only) and lavender
• Oil 2 times a day is highly effective
• Avoid moisturizers, skin cleansing creams, till possible
• Apply aloe vera gel at the lesion sites
• Avoid exposure to excess heat/cold
• Wear loose, cotton, and clean clothes
• Avoid stress/anxiety
• Regular walking, exercises, yoga help
• Have regular sound sleep of 8 hours
• Avoid smoking or alcohol or any abuse substances
• Keep genitals clean and dry
• Plenty of liquids as possible
• Balanced nutritious diet
• Multivitamins, antioxidants, antihistaminic help to some extent
• For eye lesion, thorough splashing with cold water 15 minutes each for 3 times a day

Need of further specific molecules requires physical examination or high-resolution photograph (if no objection).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
