Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain And Blood In Stool

About 10 days ago, i had a light red colored stool. it occured for a day then i did not make another bowl movement for 3 days. ever since then i have a constant stabbing pain in my upper right abdomen, i went to urgent care and they sent me home, without giving me time to explain all my symptoms. i dont have much of an appetite, i have thrown up almost every single night and am only nauseous before bed. i have a lot of gas as well. it hurts all the time and will not go away.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problems you are facing is related to infection of gastrointestinal tract.
Kindly take the following measures to overcome the same.
1. Take Tablet. Pantaprazole with Domperidone combination once a day on empty stomach to overcome gastritis and nausea.
2. Take Tablet. Secnidazole forte two tablet stat for blood in stools.
3. Take Tablet. Mefinemic acid and Dicyclomine combination for abdominal pain.
4. Eat bland diet and drink good quantities of fluids.
Your symptoms should subsidie gradually.
