My husband, now 58, had 2 stents placed in his arteries 7 years ago. It was the result of 90% blockage. He is a Type II diabetic and a heavy smoker that will not take care of himself. He is 100 # overweight and is sedentary. I'm concerned that I will have to retire alone, a widow. What can I do for him?

Part 1---30% of your diabetes control depends on daily exercise Part 2---30% on your diet plan Part 3---30% on your medication part 4--10% on your stress management. So in management of type 2 diabetes diet,physical activity and medicines will play equal role.Time maintenance is very important you need to take your food and medication in time.
