Hello,
Metformin is a proper drug to start with.
RAMIPRIL is the medicine for high blood pressure.
There is no hard and fast or fixed formula to treat diabetes.
One has to see the effect of antidiabetic drugs and increase the dose or change the type of medicine and see and monitor its effect. It may take sometime, but your blood sugar levels would definitely be brought to control very soon.
In addition to medicines, take proper dietary control measures and in addition do regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Have trust on your treating doctor.
Thanks
