Suggest Treatment For Tight Penis Foreskin
Hi im 23 male my height is5ft and 11inches and my weight is 80 kgs. The foreskin of my penis is a bit tight but it goes back to the end normaly but when my penis is erect it still goes back but a bit hardly and and the front of foreskin swells. Its painfull to have sex without using a safety. What is it and how it can be treated?

Chances of phimosis is very likely and in my opinion surgical treatment is the option you have, it is better to have a word with surgeon it is advisable not to pull the skin else this could cause huge swelling hope this helps.
