my husband got an ankle sprain a week ago & after two days of his ankle injury his calf got tight and all tension moved there. He got high blood pressure and fever today. Also He is takinh 4 tablets of acetaminophen 500 mg per day from last three four days. Please help!

Hi there. Ankle sprain with pain referred to calf area along with fever suggests infection in ankle joint. Kindly get aspiration of ankle joint done with specimen sent for pus culture and sensitivity. Get admitted in a hospital immediately for administration of intravenous antibiotics and pain killers. You will have to get some blood investigation done as well as adviced by your attending doctor. Good luck.
